Gabriel Medina was born in the city of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. It was his father that put a camera in his hands for a first time when he was 6 years old. At that time, he started to develop he artistic abilities. He has always liked to attend art galleries and museums, and being involved in that world, marveling at how the creativity and cameras work together to accomplish beautiful and spectacular visual art creations. This made him wish to be a wedding and portrait photographer. In March 2004 he immigrated to the city of Miami, one of the most exciting and culturally diverse cities in the United States. In his early years as a professional, he worked in personal photographic projects and photo editing assignments, gaining experience and knowledge on those areas and specializing in artistic portraiture, beauty and lifestyle photography, adding to each of his creations the poetry, drama and look of a candid fashion oriented style. He had been published and mentioned because of his outstanding work in many photographic blogs and catholic magazines in Miami, FL. He is a faithful believer that without God he cannot do anything, being this his engine to prepare himself and do a work not less than perfect each time he is behind the lens.
